Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                     
NO. 29(FIN) "An Act relating to infants who are safely surrendered by                                                           
a parent shortly after birth." Without objection, the bill was referred to                                                      
the Rules Committee.
